For 36 years and more than 27,000 clients, I've worked with leaders who look successful from the outside and are running on empty inside. I teach them to power on and protect the energy that drives their results, so they stay clear under pressure and make decisions they're proud of.
I don't teach this from a comfortable distance.
I lost my brick-and-mortar studios during COVID. I left a position that was costing me too much. I fractured several ribs. And not long after, my family needed me in a way that asked for every tool I'd ever taught. I wrote Stay S.A.N.E. from inside that season, not after it.
Today I'm based in Lake Jackson, Texas, and I speak anywhere a room is ready.
